TIGER I # 2017 DE OTTO CRIUS:
Otto Carius, ganador de las hojas de roble para la cruz de caballero, fue uno de los más grandes comandantes de Panzer durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial con más de 150 tanques destruidos en su haber, fue protagonista de combates heroicos, como la batalla de Malinava (Malinovo / Malinovka), donde, siendo líder de la segunda compañía del s.Pz.Abt.502 fue enviado para contener el avance ruso del 5º cuerpo de tanques. Equipado con un tanque de Producción Media Tigre I (Mid Prod) y con un solo tanque que lo acompaña, se enfrentó a los rusos, destruyendo 17 tanques en menos de 30 minutos, incluido el nuevo cazacarros soviético JS-2.

Dragon continúa con su nueva generación de Kits ahora presenta el tanque Otto Carius usado en esta batalla con Zimmerit integrado. Las superficies presentan el revestimiento con el patrón característico en estos tanques. El kit cuenta con las piezas necesarias para fabricar precisamente el tanque '217' y para ello se incluyen dos tipos de mantelete, el original de esta versión y el que presentaba el tanque de producción; cadenas de vinilo tipo domo y continuas de tipo "temprano"; ruedas adicionales para representar "reemplazado" en el campo. Las herramientas se incluyen moldeadas con o sin soportes, el cañón se puede mover hacia atrás simulando el retroceso del gatillo
Se incluyen dos tipos de freno de boca para el cañón, el visor del conductor
es móvil, el MG viene perfectamente detallado. Contiene nuevas cúpulas (incluye
dos tipos, con y sin desagüe) a cada detalle característico de esta versión, así
como su anillo soldado en su estructura; el brazo de la escotilla del
comandante, el anillo interior de la cúpula y los periscopios transparentes se
moldean de forma independiente.
La trampilla de evacuación es operable y refleja sus detalles internos. La
trampilla de la cargadora, que se puede armar abierta o cerrada, contiene todo
el detalle de su mecanismo interno así como las trampillas del radiooperador y
del conductor. Se incluyen dos tipos de bujes para las ruedas y dos tipos de
ruedas locas. El gato se fabrica en varias piezas y se puede colocar extendido /
retraído, las puntas de los cables de arrastre están moldeadas en una sola pieza
e incluyen dos tipos de cables, la caja de herramientas para la parte trasera de
la torreta se puede ensamblar abierta / cerrada.
El puerto de visión del conductor se puede abrir / cerrar. El kit contiene componentes internos como tanque de combustible, radiadores y ventiladores que se moldean de forma independiente. La suspensión tiene barras de torsión totalmente operables. Tiene una hoja de calcas para dos juegos de taque 217. Consta de 600 piezas. Edición limitada.
THE KIT:
